ABOUT US

Welcome to Chef Garrison's Academy, a culinary education brand dedicated to empowering children and teens alike with essential cooking skills. Founded by Victoria Garrison, a seasoned Chef, and graduate of Culinary School Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, we aim to nurture a lifelong love of cooking in children and instill in them essential culinary and life skills.
Growing up with a childhood passion for cooking, Victoria was inspired by her three children who, like her, shared a love for the culinary world. Frustrated by the lack of available cooking classes for her kids, she envisioned a space where children, aged 3-17, could explore their creativity in the kitchen. After working in renowned culinary establishments across California and Atlanta, she decided to fill that gap by launching Chef Garrison.
With a deep-rooted belief that cooking is an essential life skill, we understand the importance of introducing children to the world of cooking from an early age. Our goal is to foster creativity, instill confidence, and empower young chefs to explore the culinary world with enthusiasm.
Our classes are designed to be engaging, educational, and fun, providing hands-on experience in the kitchen while emphasizing safety and hygiene. Whether your child is a budding chef or simply curious about cooking, our programs cater to all skill levels and interests.

MEET THE FOUNDER
VICTORIA GARRISON

Hello there, my name is Victoria Garrison, a skilled Chef and the founder of Chef Garrison's Academy. My culinary journey started at the age of 9, and from that early spark of passion, my love for cooking has only deepened. Now, with vast expertise, I've embraced the role of not only a Chef but also a culinary educator.
With all three of my kids sharing my enthusiasm for the kitchen, I felt compelled to extend that passion to other young children, hence my inspiration to establish Chef Garrison. Teaching kids not only how to prepare delicious dishes but also the importance of cleanliness, kitchen safety, and responsibility is my way of imparting invaluable life skills.
My culinary education culminated in graduating from Culinary School Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, a milestone that further fueled my dedication to the art of cooking. Having worked in diverse culinary establishments and restaurants across California and Atlanta, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to every dish I create.
Beyond my Chef hat, I hold ServSafe, First Aid, and CPR certifications. These credentials underscore my commitment to ensuring a safe, hygienic, and secure environment for everyone under my guidance.
Outside the kitchen, you'll find me immersed in the joy of reading, enjoying the company of children, and exploring new cuisines. Cooking isn't just a job for me—it's a way of life, and I'm passionate about sharing that joy with others. Join me in the kitchen, and let's create something extraordinary together!
